As a parent or caregiver of a young child, every part of your life is centered on your little one.
A critical thing you can do to build a stronger future for your kids is VOTE with their needs in mind.
Our elected officials determine so many policies that impact Georgia’s youngest children, along with their families, educators, and child care providers.
That’s why we’re asking you to submit a photo or brief video of your little one(s) urging grown-ups to vote, vote, vote! Because who better to inspire Georgians to vote for young children than young children themselves, with their sweet little faces and squeaky little voices?
All who send us their photos or videos will be entered in a raffle to win a $50 gift card. We’ll have six winners.
Here’s how it works:
Give your child a cute, nonpartisan tag line to say (or make a sign for them to hold). Here are some suggestions:
- Your vote is my voice! This election, make sure to vote!
- Poll workers love babies! Bring us along when you go to vote!
- For crying out loud, vote!
- Your vote is my future! Make sure you vote in the election!
- Make a better world for your little one and vote!
- For crying out loud, bring your baby to the polls!
When you film your clip, make sure your lighting isn’t too bright or too dark. Steer clear of distracting backgrounds and be sure your child’s voice can be clearly heard.
