  8. If you have a concern about your child’s development, visit www.cdc.gov/Concerned to learn what you can do to best care for your child. When children are identified as early as possible, they can get the resources and services they need!
  9. If your child has a #developmental delay, you may be eligible to receive free or low-cost services to help. If your child is younger than 3 years old, you can call your state or territory’s Early Intervention program and request early intervention services. If your child is age 3 years or older, you can call any local public elementary school and request an evaluation through preschool special education services. Take a look at CDC’s list of Early Intervention programs by state for contact info: www.cdc.gov/FindEI
