These focus groups followed the statewide survey of working parents and caregivers from the fall of 2021. The report shares the experiences of parents with young children that were often frustrating and sometimes disheartening. The report also explores parents’ suggestions for policies and workplace practices that center families with young children—instead of forgetting them.
