Salary Range: $77,000 – $115,000 (Salary is dependent on education and experience.)

Brief Description

Led by GEEARS, PAACT is a city-wide alliance of public and private partners collaborating to improve learning, health, and well-being outcomes for Atlanta’s youngest children and their families. 

GEEARS seeks a strategic and visionary systems leader to serve as the PAACT Director. The Director will be responsible for sustaining strong backbone functions including leading a PAACT advisory board, strengthening partnerships with implementation partners, engaging community stakeholders and public officials, raising private and public funds to support the initiative, and identifying best practices to inform implementation.

The ideal candidate will bring a deep passion for young children and families and a proven ability to serve as a credible voice. The individual will be a proven strategist, project manager, and team builder. The ideal candidate must bring experience in developing strong relationships with diverse audiences, including government and community partners.

Project Coordinator, PAACT: Promise All Atlanta Children Thrive Initiative

Salary Range: $45,000 – $70,000 (Salary is dependent on education and experience.)

Brief Description

Led by GEEARS, PAACT is a city-wide alliance of public and private partners collaborating to improve learning, health, and well-being outcomes for Atlanta’s youngest children and their families.

The Project Coordinator will be part of a small team responsible for driving PAACT’s objective’s forward, supporting day-to-day communications, coordination, community engagement support, and data functions to manage critical initiatives of the collaborative. The Project Coordinator will support the implementation and adoption of technical project management tools, effective reporting, and overall project administration, and cultivate relationships with stakeholders. The Project Coordinator will need to develop a deep understanding of the project, real-time lessons learned, and stakeholder needs, and translate those insights into key action steps. They will serve as a member of the GEEARS team and will collaborate on other GEEARS projects, as assigned.
