"In Georgia our emphasis has to be such that we make public school education a priority, inasmuch as the overwhelming majority of our students will attend them - despite efforts to divert funds from public schools. From Early Childhood thru higher education efforts must be made to give all a wholesome and safe environment where students can flourish."
