Founded in 2018 by GEEARS: Georgia Early Education Alliance for Ready Students, in partnership with Atlanta Public Schools (APS), the Atlanta Early Education Ambassadors program is an innovative vehicle to help Atlanta’s families navigate the early childhood landscape. 

The Ambassadors are a group of involved parents, grandparents, teachers, and community members who… 

• Lead Pre-K recruitment.
• Inform families with young children about early learning resources.
• Raise public awareness about the importance of early childhood across the city. 

We are recruiting…

• Atlanta-based community leaders, parents, grandparents, and other caregivers.
• People interested in learning about Atlanta’s early education landscape.
• Advocates who want to help raise awareness about the importance early childhood.

Ambassadors are in communities advocating for early learning during the weekdays and weekends. Please confirm your availability for the following days and times. CHECK ALL THAT APPLY *

The training for Ambassadors will take place in person over 4 Saturdays mornings in February & March 2026 from 10a – 12p. (Dates: February 28, March 7, 14, and 21). Will you be able to attend all the training sessions? *
